The host role focuses on guiding the overall flow of the trip, supporting guest experience, coordinating with crew, and helping create an environment that feels welcoming, organized, and collaborative. Hosts for this experience should be comfortable working closely with a small group throughout the journey, setting the tone for daily activities, facilitating conversations, and ensuring the group feels supported from start to finish. While operational support is shared with crew members, the host plays a key role in shaping the energy, pacing, and overall experience of the trip. This is a hands-on hosting opportunity ideal for creators, educators, or community leaders who enjoy travel, collaboration, and leading immersive, creator-focused adventures. This trip was created by an Experienced Trip Designer within our community, and once a Host elects to "Adopt" the trip, they will work with you to modify any details needed to customize this trip theme to your preferred dates, group size, pricing, activities, and all aspects that you as the Lead Host want to change. We can also help you find a local travel creator to participate as a Tour Guide to help you navigate the trip if this is your first time to this location.
