Host FAQs

What does it mean to be a Wanderbrands Host?

A Wanderbrands Host is a creator who designs and leads group travel experiences – blending adventure, content creation, and community. Hosts invite guests to join their trips, collaborate with brands, and earn income from both trip bookings and sponsored content created during those experiences.

Not necessarily. While many hosts are active creators, we value authenticity, leadership, and storytelling over follower counts. If you’re passionate about travel, community, and sharing meaningful experiences online, Wanderbrands can help you grow and attract the right guests and brand partners.

Hosts earn from multiple revenue streams:

  • Trip income: Profit from guest bookings on your hosted trips.
  • Brand collaborations: Sponsorships, content packages, and product placements during your trips.
  • Workshops: Some hosts lead paid micro-events, retreats, or IRL workshops.

You can start small and scale as your network grows.

A lot. Within our Community App, we provide training, templates, trip-planning tools, partner connections, and marketing support. You’ll also have access to our Host Onboarding Course, private community spaces, and a growing network of co-hosts, photographers, and brand partners.
Yes! You have creative control over your trip themes, destinations, and activities – as long as they align with Wanderbrands’ safety, sustainability, and community guidelines. Many hosts start by running regional trips close to home before expanding to larger routes or collaborations.
That’s up to you. Some hosts run one trip per year, others run multiple trips each season. You can also start by co-hosting with another creator to gain experience before launching your own adventure. Wanderbrands is designed to grow with your availability and goals.

Brand FAQs

What can I expect from Brand Sponsorship?
As a sponsoring brand, you can expect authentic, high-quality content created in real travel environments by trusted hosts and their guests. Your products or support will be integrated naturally into the trip experience—resulting in photos, videos, stories, and reviews that feel genuine rather than staged.
Sponsorship costs vary depending on the type of partnership you choose and the level of content you want to receive. Brands can participate through product-only support, hybrid gear-plus-cash partnerships, or full content packages that include dedicated deliverables from the host and their crew. Pricing scales based on trip length, creator size, and the number of assets included. We’ll work with you to match your budget to the right opportunity, ensuring your investment delivers high-value content, authentic product placement, and meaningful exposure across the Wanderbrands network.
No, Wanderbrands is designed to keep the process simple and lightweight for brands. Once you choose your sponsorship tier and provide any required products, details, or talking points, the host and their crew handle the rest. You won’t need to manage logistics, coordinate shoots, or oversee creators on the trip. Your involvement is minimal, while the return – authentic content, product placement, and brand visibility – is substantial.
Yes. Multiple brands can sponsor the same trip, and it often creates an even stronger content environment. Each brand receives its own dedicated moments, integrations, and deliverables, while benefiting from the collective visibility and energy of a multi-brand adventure. We coordinate the details to ensure product placement feels natural, non-competitive, and creatively balanced so every partner gets meaningful value from the trip.
